**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive training needs analysis (TNA) across internal and external audiences.
- Demonstrated experience developing training plans based on TNA, process and system changes for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing high quality, engaging training collateral including all digital aspects, such as video, screenshots, digital uploading and management of the collateral library within SharePoint.
- Ability to develop new courses for staff across all areas of the organisation, based on new technologies, processes and channels introduced by the transformation Program, including the use of a learning management system (LMS).
- Ability to act as a change agent and champion the changes brought about by the transformation program.
- Ability to flexibly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organisation skills, be a lateral thinker and work well under pressure to achieve work deadlines.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Qualifications in Adult Learning such as Instructional Design, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
