What this job involves
We’re looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our client based onsite in Rhodes You will contribute to the success of the team by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

In the varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, contractors, client and staff members, providing facilities related support, front desk duties and administrative tasks.

This is a part time role, working 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of any messages.
Management, maintenance and upkeep of the front office/ reception, and meeting rooms.
Management of visitor and all security access passes
Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the management team
Manage the mail and perform associated functions including management of all mail services and courier contractors both in and outgoing
Ensure all stationary and pantry supplies are ordered and maintained as required

You’ll possess the ability to multi-task, have strong computer knowledge and excellent organisational skills. Additionally, you’ll be professionally presented, well-spoken and proactive in problem solving. You’re an active and engaged team member, who is eager to learn and grow.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, but a good attitude and willingness to learn will also be highly regarded
