The Role
We're looking for a reliable and experienced receptionist to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity, working four days per week. Being the first point of contact for NGS Super's Sydney office, the Receptionist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and support to NGS members, visitors and staff.
**Key focus areas include**:

- Welcome members and visitors to the Sydney office ensuring they receive a high standard of service.
- Answer phone enquiries, transfer calls, and take messages as required.
- Ensure the office is maintained, cleaned, and organised at all times including meeting rooms, breakout areas, and kitchens.
- Ensure stationery levels and kitchen supplies are maintained at adequate levels and ordered in a timely manner to meet supply demands.
- Liaise with building management and other external contractors and service providers in relation to the Sydney office as required including for maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and manage internal and external meetings as required.
- Coordinate staff travel bookings as required.
- Ensure the Sydney office is compliant with relevant work, health and safety (WHS) standards.
- Participate as a member of the Fund’s social committee and assist with planning and coordinating of staff events.

You have
You’re a reliable and organised individual with a passion for delivering quality service in all interactions, and bring:

- At least 3 or more years’ experience relevant to the responsibilities of the position.
- Demonstrated commitment to high quality outcomes, including attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills including an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Good time management skills and ability to be flexible and responsive to changing requirements.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and maintain good relationships with other staff.
- Microsoft knowledge and experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint.
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.

Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience within the superannuation industry/fund management.
