**About the Role**

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-driven **Administration Coordinator** to manage the daily flow of client communication, bookings, and account administration.
This role is central to ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, from their first enquiry through to ongoing care and account management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all **client bookings** with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process **payments, invoices, and account charges** in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain **client records and documentation** with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly, supporting a high standard of service across the business.
- Has proven **administration or customer service experience**.
- Possesses **exceptional written and verbal communication skills**.
- Demonstrates **strong time management and attention to detail**.
- Brings a **professional, courteous, and solution focused approach** to every interaction.
- Works efficiently, independently, and with integrity.
