**Change and Communications Manager**

**The opportunity**

We have an exciting career opportunity for a change management professional to join a large healthcare leader as they continue their successful journey in delivering innovative IT solutions to patient care.

Working alongside reputable leaders who are passionate about driving change and innovation, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's digital strategy by providing hands-on change management and internal communication activities. You will be responsible for providing a hands-on delivery approach, leading a variety of key stakeholder groups across a large portfolio of projects whilst providing excellent This role is well suited to a junior to mid-level change specialist who is seeking to take the next stepping stone in their career whilst making a positive impact to the healthcare landscape.

**To be considered you will demonstrate previous experience in the following**:

- Previous experience in delivering a large-scale digital healthcare program or projects E.g., eMR or PAS
- A clinical background is highly desirable
- Passionate about bringing people along the journey, overcoming complex challenges and building strong relationships to reach project outcomes.
- Proven credentials in facilitating the development and implementation of an effective change and communication plans, impact/readiness assessments
- Experience in training teams through change in the development and optimisation of digital healthcare systems
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
