**Your Role**:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Formulate and execute fit for purpose change management and communications plans to contribute to the successful design, implementation and adoption of business initiatives and goals (including the why for change, change impact assessments, change planning and execution, transition plans)
- Partner with the Senior Manager
- People Transformation to build and execute business transformation strategies and plans to set Flybuys up for success across key projects and initiatives.
- Lead the stakeholder engagement and be responsible end-to end for key transformational pieces of work across shareholder, partner and people initiatives.
- Partner with the Senior Manager
- People Transformation with the ongoing analysis of Change process and reporting enhancements, optimising and adapting to ensure a customer-centric experience throughout the employee life-cycle, and providing the business with measurable and impactful insights.
- Develop and implement strategic communications plans that are designed to engage and educate the internal team.
- Partner with the Manager - Workplace, Wellness and Communications to formulate and execute internal events including leadership and seasonal events.
- Partner with the Manager - Workplace, Wellness and Communications to drive the engagement strategy for our intranet, The Hub, including formulating the content strategy and supporting with content writing.
- Collaborate with the People Experience team to design and deliver a range of people initiatives designed to enhance and improve our people lifecycle and attract and retain top talent.
**Your Experience**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Communications, and/ or relevant Industry experience.
- Extensive experience in the successful delivery of change and communication strategies and effectively engaging stakeholders, using best practice theory and principles (Design Thinking, Agile, Human Centered Design, Solution Design)
- Adaptable, flexible and pragmatic approach to driving and embedding required change outcomes into the business.
- Passion for problem solving and ability to translate complex data and requirements into actionable solutions.
- Experience working in an environment that requires you to work on and switch context between multiple initiatives at any given point in time.
- Ability to think strategically and piece together all operational elements in a business that is going through significant complexity and volume of change.
- Having the capability to confidently drive and influence design outcomes to reduce overall business impact and positive people outcomes
- Ability to operate in a small to medium sized business undergoing significant transformation.
- Development of communications strategy and ability to write strategically for different audiences.
- Experience in developing executive content including being able to facilitate written and verbal briefings at c-suite level.
- Content strategy and development including ability to deliver an engaging experience across multiple internal communications platforms.
