Change & Communication Manager

**About the Company**
Davidson Technology has partnered with a leading financial institution who are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the team for an initial 12-month contract. This is an opportune time to be a part of a transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment for one of Australia’s biggest brands.
**About the Role**
- Providing general change management support for key initiatives and execution of program change deliverables.
- Work with project teams and business representatives to plan and deliver change management activities.
- Conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings.
- Working closely with the training manager to identify training needs and requirements.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities.
- Identify and evaluate stakeholders and support the develop stakeholder engagement plans.
**About You**
- Experience in supporting the planning and delivery of organisational change.
- Experience in using Change Management methodologies and tools.
- Experience formulating change plans.
- Prior experience engaging with front line level management when developing plans, leading workshops and development of detailed business-related documentation.
- Experience of working on complex programs, working across multiple streams with banking experience.
- Experience in managing complex change initiatives involving teams of 100+ people.
