We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Coordinator. Based in Macquarie Park, this is a great opportunity for a professional with good administration and office skills who would like to join a fast growing team.
You will work closely with account managers, IT consultants and operation managers for customers’ service requests, from taking calls, monitoring task progress to delivering results. You are comfortable learning key systems and products, and are great at organising service calls and maintaining good customer relations.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL have**:
- Previous experience in customer service environment in an similar role/industry, with proven achievement of high quality results.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to assist customers from all backgrounds.
- Enthusiasm and ability to work co‐operatively as part of a team, but when necessary also work independently without direct supervision.
- Eager to learn and expand your knowledge of our systems and products.
- Although knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage, it is not a necessary requirement for this position.
- Confident with general administration duties.
**Key Tasks**
- Manage maintenance and service calls and contracts in ABT’s Pronto System
- Liaise with Clients for prepaid services contracts’ top-ups
- Liaise with Team Leaders to follow up on calls
- Run Pronto reports as required
- Stand by on Teams for incoming Client’s phone calls
- Be willing to cover for the receptionists whenever needed
- Understand all project management flowcharts, escalation and review processes
- Support the Project Manager on project related issues as required.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- Attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, and have a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, One Note, SharePoint, Teams, PDF editors
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Well spoken English
**Desired Skills**
- 2+ years’ experience with Customer Service
- Familiarity with Pronto or other ERP Systems
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
