**Job Description Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Preparing reports and correspondence.
- Ensuring vendor purchase orders are processed in timely manner.
- In-house admin support to workshop supervisor and technicians.
- Providing support over the phone.
- Archiving of documents and records when required.
- Follow organizational and department procedure to complete tasks.
- Creating quotes and work orders for service contracts.
- Preparing Service reports and organizing field service visit in consultation with Service Manager and project manager.
- Order, transfer and maintain stock levels.
- Create stock transfer orders and follow the part consumption process to maintain stock levels.
- Develop strong relationships with all functions at BD ANZ to ensure delivery of an outstanding customer experience and provide support across all functions when needed.
- Processing Recall service orders, maintaining records, supervising database, Correction of data base, providing phone support, performing office tasks and other similar duties.
- Booking jobs for recall repair and service.
Job Requirements
- SAP/CRM Administration including continual improvement in processes and data management.
- Strong administration and coordination experience, ideally in Medical Devices industry
- Online software support.
- Provide client support for automation products.
- Anticipate and identify customer needs including client and pharmacy representatives.
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Solid skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP Systems.
