We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join a global leader in the medical device industry.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing exceptional service to healthcare providers and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage both internal and external customer inquiries, orders, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure efficiency
  • Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes as required
  • Coordinate replenishment of consignment stock following customer usage and manage initial placements or subsequent adjustments
  • Keep customers updated on backorder closures and ensure timely communication regarding order status
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate product, pricing, and customer account data in ERP and CRM systems

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in customer service and order processing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Confident with ERP and CRM systems and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
