**Job Description Summary**: Great opportunity for a Service Contracts Specialist to join our team. This is a 8 -month fixed term contract opportunity in Macquarie Park.

**Purpose**: To provide coordination support to the Engineering Services team.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Fixed Asset Management**
- Maintain accurate fixed assets register and records - Finance
- Provide monthly fixed assets reporting - Finance

**Capital Equipment Management**
- Coordinate and maintain customer agreements (warranty/service, loan/evaluation, advantage) for all capital equipment in the field.
- Assist in the generation of new agreement documents & issue with goods for sign-off, also tracking agreements are returned signed.
- Maintain records for all capital equipment in field and loan pool.
- Maintain Warranty, Extended Warranty & Non-Warranty logs for capital equipment in the field.

**Equipment Repairs/Replacements & Logistics Support**
- Execute Capital Equipment Service Request Form prepared by business / TMs
- Arrange movements of capital equipment between hospitals, warehouses & service centres including returns to warehouse.
- Liase with relevant capital equipment repairers and service providers.
- Coordinate entire capital equipment repair process including logistics and all stakeholder communication.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the progress of their equipment requests.

**To be successful in this role, you must**:

- Strong data entry and administration experience
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry experience (Highly advantageous)
- Strong Customer Service experience
- SAP and Excel (Essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Coordination experience (Highly advantageous)
