**Your new role**

As a Test Manager you will be responsible for the analysis of business and system requirements from a testing perspective, development of test design and test cases, and test execution for projects under a program of work within a published testing framework, standards, and processes.

Your will develop and manage the defect management process involving project team, business stakeholder and vendor triage, status reporting and issue escalation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong knowledge of testing theory, methods, techniques and tools, and proven experience of system testing, system integration testing and UAT
- Strong background in developing test frameworks, estimations techniques and quality gates.
- Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Testing and QA processes
- Strong experience working with defect management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Test Rail etc
- Ability to write complex queries to develop appropriate test reports within test tools.
