Delivery Centric is looking for an experienced Test Manager to take ownership of testing activities across enterprise-scale programs. This role will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards before going live. The Test Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to align testing with business requirements and program objectives.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead the end-to-end test management process across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Define, plan, and manage comprehensive SIT and UAT cycles to validate functionality and business readiness.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and schedules in line with project milestones.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and users to ensure complete test coverage and early defect detection.
  • Monitor and track test execution, defects, risks, and progress; provide detailed reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish and enforce testing best practices, ensuring compliance with quality and governance standards.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all testing-related activities within the program.

*Qualifications*

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager within enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in managing SIT and UAT phases.
  • Ability to define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with modern test management tools and methodologies is a plus.
