**Requirements**:
- As a Test Manager, you will own and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Quality Assurance domain. You will be working with dedicated teams on cross-functional programs to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables, ensuring quality implementation that delivers business objectives for our clients.
- Cloud and Engineering Practice helps clients realise the potential of transformational capabilities to solve their most challenging issues. We improve their agility and resilience and identify opportunities to optimise their technology usage
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of all test activities across all relevant test phases.
- Create a test process and test strategy that analyses which test methods and tools are suitable and used for test activities based on our proven methodologies.
- Ensure that customer needs, expectations are proactively managed throughout the testing life cycle.
- Own, lead, motivate and develop the Testing Team.
- Processes to facilitate the delivery of fully tested fit for purpose solutions & deliverable.
- Own and manage the testing life-cycle end to end within the Program
- Develop test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.
- Undertake Defect Management - retesting of defects through to correction and acceptance by the system owners, monitoring and ensuring resolution of outstanding defects.
