Kings Park, Australia AWR Property Services Pty Ltd Full time

**AWR Property Services** has been operating in the residential and commercial construction industry for 15 years and specialises in demolition, excavation, remedial work and asbestos removal. We are looking for a hard-working and organised Administrator to help manage our Blacktown office.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Creating invoices, quotations, and job reports
- Organising essential services for the construction industry such as: labour hires, tools and materials, machine hire, etc.
- Managing incoming and outgoing expenses
- Maintain and update all digital and hard copy office files
- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Providing personal assistance to the Managing Director

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in a similar position preferred
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work with a variety of people including all construction staff, high-end clients, suppliers, and the general public
- Skilled with MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel especially)
- Quick learner and resilient
- Available Monday-Friday during business hours
