Pirtek’s National Office in Kings Park is looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Administration Manager to join our national team. This is an opportunity to be part of a company that offers stability, development, and a truly collaborative environment.

**The Role**

The Franchise Administration Manager plays a critical role in the ongoing success of Pirtek's national franchise network. You will be responsible for recruiting new franchisees, managing franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct, and driving operational and financial performance across the network.

You will also help develop and implement support structures and tools that enable franchisees to operate effectively and profitably within the Pirtek system.
- Lead end-to-end franchisee recruitment, onboarding and operational setup
- Build strong and productive relationships with new and existing franchisees
- Ensure compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and Pirtek system standards
- Manage all Franchise Agreements and renewals
- Support franchisee business health and growth through structured tools and processes
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Franchise Consultation Group (FCG) meetings
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and operational best practice across the network

**You**

To be considered for this position you will ideally possess:

- 5+ years’ experience in franchise management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the Franchising Code of Conduct
- Proven ability to coach, support and drive performance in a franchise network
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and project management skills
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline (preferred)
