About the role

Allied Chefs' is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administration Manager to join their team in Kings Park, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the broader business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all administrative functions, including coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing presentations, organising meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the efficient delivery of services
  • Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing leave requests
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and infrastructure, arranging repairs or upgrades as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Support the broader business objectives by providing administrative support for special projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years' experience in an office administration or management role, preferably within the food service industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field is desirable
