This client, a national organisation in the utilities industry is seeking a suitably qualified Service Administrator to join their team in a temporary role. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling equipment servicing for customers with the maintenance team
- Managing service work orders
- Ordering parts/materials
- Completing service reports
- Quoting rectification work
- Raising customer invoices and processing supplier invoices

- Providing overall customer service

To be successful in the role, you will have excellent multi-tasking skills and sound Microsoft Office suite experience. You will demonstrate solid administration and customer service skills along with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
