**About the role**:
With a significant pipeline of opportunities identified across the Transport and Technology sectors, UGL are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Administrator working in the major projects space based in Melbourne:

- Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day administrative activities across various Project teams including the construction team. This role requires a solid level of organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise workload and meet all reporting deadlines.
- Some of the key responsibilities but not limited to
- Coordinate all administrative requirements of the team.
- Coordinate all aspects of meetings and schedules
- Support the Project manager for any administrative duties including expense claims, calendar management travel bookings
- General administration duties including word processing, stationary orders, photocopying, and travel coordination.
- Order, restock office supplies
- Process incoming, inter office and outgoing mail for the office.
- Coordinate and schedule compliance training requirements for project team members in line with project skills training matrix and management plans.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and general public, both internal and external.
- Provide administrative assistance to other areas within senior leadership team as required.
- Leave coverage for other administrators
- Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
- Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as direction by the Project Manager

**About You**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in Administration with at least 3 years’ experience supporting senior management and large construction or infrastructure site-based administration support
- Administration Diploma - desirable
- Have excellent communication with the ability to establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- You will possess high attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced critical thinking & a problem solver
- Ability to establish working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally or externally
