Robert Half are proud to be partnering with our client, a leading health organisation based in Melbourne's inner-north. This rapidly growing industry leader specialise in delivering mental health services and programs across Victoria, as well as proudly partnering with one of Melbourne's most renowned Universities to deliver a mental health research program, specialist training, and ongoing professional education.

Due to a number of business-critical projects which are taking place within the organisation, they now have an additional requirement to bolster their IT team and as part of this, they require an experienced Project Coordinator to contribute to the teams' efforts. With significant expansions of their facilities and technology growth that aligns with the IT roadmap, it is an exciting time to work with and learn from a compassionate team and contribute to the best possible outcomes for their patients.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, this role is an exciting chance to prove your expertise and knowledge in a recognised organisation. The Project Coordinator will be focusing on the following:

- Responsible for managing key administrative tasks, documentation, meeting attendance, report collation and communication
- Assist in the planning and delivery of projects using sound project management principles
- Coordinate and organise the procurement of IT equipment and project resources/consultants that are critical to the project
- Develop and maintain a project resource allocation schedule
- Analyse business processes to map workflows and determine requirements
- Develop test plans and oversee the testing of solutions meeting the project and business requirements

- Proficiency with Office 365 including Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint and Teams
- 1-2 years' minimum experience as a Project Coordinator
- Ability to understand business needs and problems and identify value-adding solutions for stakeholders with a willingness to take ownership of solutions
- Health background preferred, preferably within a public hospital setting
- Relevant tertiary qualification - Project Management certification beneficial
- Analytical and problem-solving skills using rational techniques to analyse and evaluate data
- Cyber security and procurement knowledge advantageous
