We are looking for experienced Service Administrator located in southeast of Adelaide in **Bordertown** **SA**.

**_ Purpose_**
- To promote a positive working environment by providing excellent administrative service and support our service team.
- To provide our customers with exceptional service both over the phone and face to face.

**_Responsibility _**
- Create workshop repair orders (RO's) including sublet PO's & supplier invoice entry
- Ensure completed Repair Orders are accurate concerning parts, materials and labour
- Generate Internal workshop PO's
- Prepares preview copies and closes completed workshop repair orders in a timely manner
- Report any additional work required on a machine to the customer or to the Service Manager, for proper and safe operation by the customer
- Prepare all warranty repair orders ensuring accuracy and completeness for submission to all of our original equipment manufacturers.
- Maintain a record of tractors requiring PIP work and ensure that PIP work is completed in a timely manner
- Jointly responsible with the Service Manager for service department phone calls during business hours
- Processes Technicians timesheet information daily and prepare labour reports on a regular scheduled basis
- Contact customers to notify them of repair costs and the work that was completed
- Operate a service register schedule and send service due letters
- Responsible for ensuring service advisor data is updated and assist loading/receiving D.T.A.C cases
- Organize an after hours call out roster on a monthly basis.
- Provide back up support for EFTPOS/banking & petty cash processes when Branch/Sales Admin is on leave
- Organizing workshop staff training
- Responsible for coordinating fleet vehicle km's monthly basis
- Maintain a comprehensive list of workshop tools and equipment ensuring they are available.
- Periodically contacts customers to monitor customer relations, needs, problems and satisfaction with Dealership performed repairs and reports these to the Branch Manager

Any other duties the Employer may reasonably require the Employee to perform.
