What you’ll do:

As a Technical Writer in this Adelaide based project support role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that critical project information is communicated clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.

Your day to day activities will involve crafting executive-level memos that distil complex updates into actionable insights, developing polished presentations that facilitate informed decision-making during key meetings, and collaborating with both leadership figures and technical experts to ensure accuracy in every piece of communication.

- Draft, edit, and format executive-level memos that summarise project status updates, highlight risks, and document key decisions for senior audiences.

- Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for use in leadership meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder briefings, ensuring all content is accessible.

- Translate complex technical and strategic information into concise narratives that resonate with non-technical stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and relevance.

- Ensure all written materials adhere strictly to established branding guidelines, tone of voice requirements, and style conventions to maintain consistency across communications.

- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager as well as subject matter experts to gather accurate data and insights necessary for high quality deliverables.

- Maintain rigorous version control procedures and conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all documents prior to distribution or presentation.

- Support ad hoc communication needs related to major projects by producing timely reports, summaries, or visual aids as required by the leadership team.
