Fantastic opportunity now available for a motivated and customer service focussed Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join a highly regarded and growing Melbourne Law Firm.

Reporting to a delightful Practice Manager you'll enjoy a varied role including front desk reception as well as providing administrative assistance to Lawyers and their teams.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- meet and greet clients
- answer and screen incoming calls
- book and set up meeting rooms
- mail collection and distribution
- book couriers and receive incoming deliveries
- maintain the kitchen area
- open new files
- edit and amend legal documents
- assist with monthly preparation of bills
- assist team members with general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, printing and filing

To secure this exciting opportunity you will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a professional services environment together with;
- well-developed time management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a positive, pro-active and flexible team attitude
- proficient skills in MS Office
- a friendly, approachable and obliging manner
