**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking Lead (Diploma) Educators to join our team in Permanent Roles working across Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00pm.

**The Role Will Entail**:

- Developing Secure and Supportive Relationships with children and being able to Communicate and Support Families
- Mentoring and assisting a team of Educators whilst being part of a large team dynamic
- Responsible for keeping records and Compliance/Curriculum up to date
- Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the Services Philosophy whilst following the Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour using electronic portfolios.
- Engage and create beautiful learning experiences for children

**You will already have or be willing to obtain**:

- Diploma in Early Education and Care
- Bachelor Of Early Childhood Or Working Towards
- Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVPC)
- Experience with curriculum Planning and Writing

**Desirable**:

- Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- A good level of computer literacy
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
