We are looking for passionate educators to join our wonderful team who have high levels of motivation, positive attitude, confidence, experience, commitment, reliability, and dynamic problem solvers. You would be someone who is looking to make a difference and work in an evolving and dynamic early education environment.

We are looking for entry level educators through a traineeship opportunity and more experienced educators (Cert III/Diploma or ECT) to work with our 0-2 and/or 2-4 year age groups.

For our Trainee position

A traineeship is the first step to a rewarding career in Early Childhood Care and Education. We will provide you with hands-on training and the resources needed to complete your Certificate III in Childcare. This is a great opportunity for school leavers/year 12 students looking to start their career in Early Education or a mature aged worker looking for a career change

**What we are looking for**:

- Excited and passionate educators who have a genuine interest in educating and nurturing young children and all aspects of their development.
- Educators with strong communication skills, and ability to complete written documentation.
- Confidence in approaching and talking to fellow educators and parents.
- An enthusiastic, motivated team player who is creative, reliable and honest.
- In-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework and is successful with implementing this within the programs and environment of a service

**CRCS also requires all employees to**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may affect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position.
- Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
