**You will be responsible for**:

- Efficiently manages time and utilizes tools for effective planning and organization.
- Demonstrating the organisations Values, Code of Conduct, professional boundaries and NQF Standards, offering assistance in navigating ethical dilemmas.
- Taking responsibility of work outcomes and ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities for Educators.
- Proactively addressing operational, interpersonal, and family concerns within the Education and Care Service, while delivering a high-quality, inclusive educational program.
- Supporting children's growth, development, and enjoyment of learning in a happy, safe, and nurturing environment.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations, Framework and Standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework or My Time Our Place Framework
- Understanding of work health and safety responsibilities both under the Work Health and Safety Law and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmental needs of children
- Ability to develop strong and sustained relationships with children and able to demonstrate a clear picture of the child as a learner
- Ability to induct, manage performance and professionally develop educators in the workplace
- Ability to provide effective supervision and coach educators to ensure that the Education and Care Service is welcoming, compliant and meets the needs of all children
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent recognised by ACECQA
- Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates

**Skills and Experiences**:
**CRCS also requires all employees to**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may affect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position.
- Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
