**The Appointment**
Appoint is excited to partner with this growing digital agency in their search for a Microsoft 365 Information Manager, ready to work in a dynamic environment.

Based in the heart of Brisbane, this enthusiastic team of high performers are making clients from medium to large organizations very happy by improving their information management capacity and conquering data challenges with diverse and well performing tools.

**The Appointee**
You will have demonstrated experience working with information and records management frameworks, strategy and process, with a particular focus on their implementation in Microsoft 365.

A relevant degree level qualification or equivalent experience gained in a similar role, working with Microsoft 365 technologies is required.

You are savvy with information governance, especially with (retention/disposal).

**What you will be doing**:

- Analyse, define and document requirements and match those requirements to the available technology.
- Use your outstanding communication skills to facilitate and lead customer requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops and interviews.
- You will be a link between developers, testers, clients, and other stakeholders during all phases of a project.
- Show energy and passion for learning new things and working on varied and simultaneous projects.
