One of our Key Government Client is looking for System Analyst (SharePoint and Microsoft 365) for their ICT team. The Systems Analyst advocates for designated systems and delivers systems solutions to the business.

One of our Key Government Client is looking for System Analyst (SharePoint and Microsoft 365) for their ICT team.

The Systems Analyst advocates for designated systems and delivers systems solutions to the business.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Advise of known risks and issues when changes are suggested to the system.
- Respond to questions from the business on system limitations and potential enhancements.
- Mentor, train and develop team members in related systems, processes, and methodology.
- Provide system currency updates and appropriate recommendations which will allow relevant stakeholders and budget owners to make suitable decisions on upgrades.
- Provide guidance to the business around change management and IT processes.
- Provide advice to stakeholders and end users.
- Involvement in incident, problem and change management.

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Well-developed skills in managing corporate information systems, including the ability to effectively solve complex issues.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
- Well-developed skills in mentoring and training team members on use of systems, processes, and methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of project management methodology.
- Intermediate skills in coordinating minor works.
- Intermediate skills in business analysis..
