**About the role**:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring strong organisation skills and attention to detail. The primary responsibility of our Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants includes:

- Designing solutions to real-world business problems using Dynamics 365 customer engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service)
- Customising and configuring Dynamics 365 to meet clients’ requirements
- Building automations using Power Automate
- Configuring Dynamics 365 Portals
- Meeting clients technical and functional needs
- Staying abreast of developments and new features in Dynamics 365

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Implementation experience with one or more Dynamics 365 customer engagement functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service)
- Experience in analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail

**Desirable Skills**:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with the Power Platform modules
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services.
- Azure DevOps
