**About the role**:
The Microsoft 365 Analyst will play a key role in supporting the transformation, with the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives, and to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across the branch and the department.

Based in the Digital Enablement Program team, the Microsoft 365 Analyst will take responsibility for helping people to overcome problems and to get more from technology. The successful applicant will understand the principles of Agile and will have the demonstrated ability to put these into practice, along with experience in a hybrid environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse complex issues faced by the Department and Information Technology Services, particularly as pertaining to current and target Microsoft 365 technologies and related services.
- Eliciting and analysing critical information from meetings with business and technical stakeholders and presenting findings to program stakeholders in a meaningful way.
- Providing advice and contributing to feasibility assessment on M/D365 solution options aligned to requirements
- Producing high-quality documentation i.e.: functional, non-functional and technical requirements
- Manage tasks, working autonomously or as part of a project team, achieving objectives with limited supervision and within specified timeframes.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering

**Skills and experience**:

- 3-5 years, experience in a Business Analyst Role
- Experience working across multi skilled teams in complex environment
- Experience with stakeholder management, requirements management and elicitation
- Experience in rolling out Microsoft solutions in highly complex environments
- BABOK or similar
- BPM
- Degree in Business / IT or relevant experience
