**About the role**:

- In the realm of Microsoft 365 solutions, the role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of businesses. Leveraging your expertise in.NET, you will craft custom solutions that not only address current needs but also enhance the overall functionality within the Microsoft 365 environment.

A crucial aspect of your responsibilities is to provide technical guidance and expertise on both Microsoft 365 and.NET best practices. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll delve into understanding their business needs thoroughly. This enables you to translate their requirements into precise technical specifications, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and overarching business objectives.

Beyond the realm of development, you will actively engage in knowledge transfer initiatives. Through training sessions and workshops, you empower end-users to leverage the full potential of Microsoft 365 tools, thereby enhancing their competency and fostering widespread adoption.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a elated field
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or similar role
- Strong experience with.NET development, including ASP.NET and C#
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 security and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred**:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar certification
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
