**What you'll bring to the role**:
We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead the overall operations of the venue, with a particular emphasis on customer service, member satisfaction, and team development. Key skills and attributes include:

**Essential Qualifications (or willingness to obtain)**:

- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid Certification (essential)
- Current CPR (within 6 weeks of start)
- Pool Lifeguard (within 4 weeks of start)
- Swim Teaching Qualification (essential)
- We offer in-house training and discounted rates on required qualifications._

Some weekend work and occasional split shifts may be required as part of the role.
