**The Role**:
The L&D Coordinator is responsible and accountable for providing efficient and effective coordination and support of L&D tasks associated with the delivery of a professional service to our internal customers.

You will coordinate the administration of learning programs, facilitate employee onboarding, resolve LMS user queries, and ensure data integrity. In addition to supporting end users, the role also includes support for other LMS users including instructors and learning administrators.
- Day to day L&D administrative support tasks
- Maintain accurate training/learning records in the LMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements and follow up with managers as required.
- Manage the assignment of instructor led training, online training and/or materials, evaluations, enrolments and surveys to LMS users per business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve the design, configuration and functional use of the LMS.
- Provides support and education for all LMS users and superusers including the generation of standard and custom reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing programs and initiatives to build the capability of our workforce.
- In consultation with the L&D Manager and key stakeholders, develop annual training matrix that meets identified staff training needs and conduct regular matrix maintenance.
- Organise, source and book external training providers.
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach to own working practices and ensure this is reflected in all areas across L&D.

**Essential**:

- Experience in a similar L&D Coordination role
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with the business
- Clear and concise written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills with demonstrated abilities in software programs such as Microsoft Office suite with intermediate Excel skills
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise and plan
- Ability to work with competing deadlines
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, polite in approach
- Ability to maintain confidential information

**Desirable**:

- Qualification within Human Resources, Business, Administration or similar
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Qualification in Instructional Design
- Experience with creating Scorm packages / Cornerstone / Saba & Articulate software
- Experience in Aged Care, Health Care or Non-For-Profit
