Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio (residential/commercial/mixed-use)
  • Lead and mentor a team of property managers, leasing agents, and support staff
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, and rent collection
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and property standards
  • Foster strong tenant and owner relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate maintenance, renovations, and capital improvement projects
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing property budgets
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Relevant certifications preferred
