Role Description

This is a casual role for a Broker Assistant. The Broker Assistant will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, providing customer service, and supporting brokerage functions. Tasks may include coordinating communications, handling insurance matters, and ensuring smooth operations within the brokerage. This is a hybrid role located in Seven Hills, NSW, with some work from home being acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in managing end to end loan process.
  • Knowledge of Broker operations of our aggregator Connective and use of their system.
  • Understanding of Insurance processes related to mortgages
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
