**Job Opportunity: Assistant Property Manager (Flexible Hours)**

Are you passionate about the real estate industry and seeking a role with flexible working hours? We have a great opportunity for an **Assistant Property Manager** to join our dynamic team

**Position Overview**:

- Role: Assistant Property Manager
- Hours: 2 days per week with flexible scheduling
- Saturday Work: Occasional Saturdays required for open home inspections

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property condition reports
- Assist with various property management tasks
- Rate:$30-$40 per hour
- Enthusiastic & Self-Motivated: A positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the real estate industry.
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate: Required for this position.
- Previous Experience in Real Estate or Property Management: Preferred but not essential.
- Own Vehicle & Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transport is a must.
- Flexible Availability: Able to work 2 days per week, with occasional Saturdays.
- Detail-oriented: Strong ability to conduct thorough property condition reports.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
