In partnership with Land and Housing Corporation, we are seeking a Business Systems Manager to join the Ventia LAHC team in a full-time permanent capacity.

As the Business Systems Manager, you’ll support the successful delivery of the LAHC Asset Maintenance Services contract by providing support, reporting and analysis on contract processes and systems. This role reports directly into the Project Director, and you’ll play a senior and pivotal role within our business.

**What you will be doing**:

- Liaise extensively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
- Liaise with all contract areas to maintain, improve, and change existing systems, procedures and processes as required.
- Assist in system solutions for new processes and changes.
- Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Provide training on the system to the extended contract team.
- Liaise with internal IT teams to report system issues, implement changes and conduct UAT.

**About you**:

- SAP experience essential
- Experience in people management (at least 2 previously)
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team collaborative environment.
- Strong problem solving capacity with sound IT skills.
