We are looking for a passionate and driven assistant leader to our manager
This role has capability to be either full time or part time (minimum 30 hours weekly) and is best suited to an individual with flexible availability Monday to Sunday.

The role entails
- leading Day to day operations of the business
- opening and closing of the store
- meeting KPIs for business success
- cash handling and budget management
- rostering team on weekly basis
- empowering team members to give their best to their workplace
- get hands dirty by working hard and smart and being an example
- provide insights from customers queries and interactions
- fast paced working structure
- merchandising and planogram planning
- regular movement of stock at store level and warehouse level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $49,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
