What's the role?

The Team

Reporting to our Head of Talent, Leadership and Capability this is a strategic role responsible for driving the uplift of our organisations systems capability. In this role you will:

  • Act as a strategic learning advisor on internal systems, identifying opportunities for capability uplift and process optimisation.

  • Lead the design, development, and seamless rollout of learning supporting system capability uplift 

  • Develop comprehensive training strategies and design frameworks for new system implementations.

  • Manage complex systems learning projects from inception to successful deployment.

  • Forge strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all business functions to facilitate effective system adoption.

  • Support the testing of systems to ensure functionality and data accuracy.

Who are you?

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Learning and Development,  Project Management, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience in  systems implementation, business analysis, project management, learning strategy, or capability development within a complex, multi-functional organisational environment.

  • A proven track record of successfully leading learning design and rollout of significant technology initiatives 

  • Experience in applying instructional design principles and developing learning strategies for complex technology rollouts is highly regarded.

  • A strong understanding of diverse business processes and cross-functional data flows.

  • Project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
