This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive base salary of $75,200 - $80,600 plus super. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you'll play a crucial role in our organisation making a difference in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and technical specifications for the business.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of systems and producing reports on efficiency and areas for improvement in respect to system functionality.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on system processes, including developing user training documentation
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to identify and address system failures & root causes and find potential solutions.
- Examine and propose best business practices and optimizing system functionality and behaviour.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and technology advancements to stay current and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions that meet the business requirements and budget.
- Provide technical support to users and helping to resolve any issues or problems they and acting as central reference in the system project design process.
- Manage and coordinate the deployment of new systems with detailed planning, resource, and cost management tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Competent in the above tasks and duties.
- Proven experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with database management and design.
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $75,200.00 - $80,600.00 per year
