As the Early Career Programs Operations Lead, you will acc e lerate our Early Careers ambition by streamlining and driving our core operational processes and planning.

Partnering with Early Career Program Managers, Campus Recruitment, and the Early Careers Experience team, you will deliver a market-leading graduate and early careers experience, making CommBank the top choice for early careers talent.

This is a new role designed to unlock our ability to deliver excellence in our Programs through simplification of key moments that matter and maturing our Agile planning to deliver on our ambition. As a member of the Early Career Program s l eadership team, you will have the ability to influence program design, embed Agile ways of working, drive operational delivery excellence, and accelerate the skilling of our Program Consultants and broader Program Management team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Early Career P rogram C onsultants.
- Oversee the quarterly Agile planning and prioritisation process for our early career programs milestones across the Program Delivery Team.
- Ensure operational excellence in core processes for the Program Delivery Team.
- Identify and deliver process simplification opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Track and measure program effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
