**YOUR ROLE**
Join IAG's People and Culture team in this exciting NEW role. Creating the building blocks to make this role a success you will primarily assist with leading, building, and coordinating IAG's Graduate Program. Collaborating across HR and external partners, you will help develop frameworks and respective initiatives to drive and support IAG's Graduate Program at an enterprise, divisional and individual level.
You have a proven passion for graduate programs from design to implementation and will showcase your expertise with current trends and market insights.
Critical to your success, is the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and influence outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU
- Experience leading a Graduate and/or Intern Program is highly desirable but not essential
- Experience designing and delivering Organisational Development programs and initiatives
- 5-7 years' prior experience in a complex organisation including organisation development, learning or People & Culture business partnering experience
- Strong influencing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Demonstrated experience in translating research and data into usable insights
- Strong stakeholder relationship management
- Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline is desired
