Spotify is looking for a team member to join the AUNZ Markets & Subscribers (M&S) team under the Early Career Program. The Early Career Program is an immersive 24-month program that brings early career talent in Australia to Spotify to learn about the streaming business.

- As a program participant, you will make a significant impact on the team and the business, contributing your insights and ideas to the exciting work that we do. This program includes learning & development opportunities, mentorship, and a number of team-building and social activities, so that you will have a well-rounded experience and be completely engaged in the culture of the company.
- You will be a part of the Market Strategy & Operations (MSO) team, supporting the regional MSO Manager with business analysis and insights, planning, regional operating processes, and cross-functional projects. You will build strong cross functional relationships offering great exposure to all facets of the business. In this position, you will work closely with local and regional functional teams, reporting to the AUNZ MSO Manager.
- This program is over the course of 24 months.

What You'll Do
- Track periodic performance of market critical metrics
- Analyse dashboards and data sources to extract insights and identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide written and verbal data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the team functions with insights and knowledge needed to drive decisions and define strategy
- Develop and drive competitive monitoring and maintaining a full view of the industry
- Support the process, framework and output of market analysis and business reviews, regionally and locally
- Support in the development and execution of the regional planning process and quarterly reviews, as well as XFN ways of working
- Support the operating processes for the region by creating efficiency, improving processes, and tracking regional budgets and initiatives
- Manage POs and finance tracking as required for the XFN teams ensuring holistic overview of all market spending
- Ensure communication and alignment between all teams, taking charge when required of internal communications
- Work closely with MSO and other team members in the coordination of office events and social connections
- Help evaluate and execute on strategic market opportunities, identify and solve operational problems with the support of the MSO.
- Own and maintain internal systems and tools to support project management of key initiatives, including creation of project decks, resource mapping and timelines
- Step in and implement alongside functions when needed, including event management opportunities. Analyse dashboards and data sources to extract insights and identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide written and verbal data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Who You Are
- Well-organised, process-driven strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills; proficient in planning, budgeting, and analysing large datasets using tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
- Versatile generalist with proven project management abilities, including data analysis, coordinating internal events, and managing cross-functional projects with precision.
- Rapid learner who quickly adapts to new concepts, technologies, and business environments while consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive problem solver and self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach, capable of independently driving tasks and crafting executive-level presentations.
- Genuine, confident, and adaptable professional with a passion for music and content.
