**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at IDEAL SUPPLY PTY LTD in Mulgrave, VIC. The Office Administrator will be responsible for
- Day to day processing of invoices and matching purchase orders
- Input of invoices/orders/services into the accounting and ERP systems
- Booking and monitoring deliveries
- Working closely with other employees of the company
- General administration duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Experience using MYOB and Quickbooks will be highly regarded
- Previous building industry experience is highly desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly energetic, organised, a proactive self-starter
- Proficiency in Chinese/Cantonese is highly regarded but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
