We have a great opportunity for you We are seeking an Office Administrator/Allrounder to join our team and provide support to all departments within our organisation. This role will allow you to gain valuable experience in the workforce while offering the potential for progression in a department of your interest.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the CEO, the Office Administrator/PA will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our office. You will be responsible for providing strong and reliable support to the business by overseeing and assisting with various administrative duties. This entry-level position is designed to help you launch your career and offers the potential for further progression within our organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level PA and administrative support to the CEO and other assigned leadership staff.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Organise events and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
- Provide support to different departments as needed.
- Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Receive and review incoming communications or memos on behalf of senior staff, determining their importance and summarising and distributing their contents to appropriate staff members.
- Monitor office visitors’ access, assist new starters, manage external suppliers, and handle general inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and design and implement new systems.
**About You**:
To excel in this role, you should be an all-rounder who takes ownership of your responsibilities and possesses an interest in various facets of office management. Your ability to multitask and adapt quicky to changing priorities will be essential in meeting the immediate needs of our business.
**Requirements**:
- A desire to take ownership of office management.
- Some experience in data entry/database management (not essential) and a good level of Microsoft Office Knowledge.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- High attention to detail, focus, and reliability.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to present professionally when liaising with clients.
- Above all, you must have an approachable and helpful attitude, with a positive and proactive mindset.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in Mulgrave, Victoria, and presents an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain valuable experience in the workforce and develop their careers within our organisation.
