We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Associate** to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a performance-based environment to assist with sales and make a great earning through commissions. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively **generate and qualify leads** through prospecting, networking, and outreach to build a strong client base
- Assist with **property viewings and inspections**, highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers
- Deliver **exceptional customer service** while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach
- Stay informed on **real estate market trends, pricing, and property values** to provide accurate and informed advice
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and generate interest
- Maintain strong **follow-up and client relationships** to encourage repeat business and referrals
- A natural **people person** who thrives in conversations and easily builds rapport
- A **positive, can-do attitude**, always seeing opportunity and potential in every situation
- Exceptional **communication and relationship-building skills**, with the ability to establish trust

- A foundational knowledge of the real estate industry, or a strong eagerness to learn
- Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one
