Real Estate Sales Career

Have you considered a role in the fast-paced, highly rewarding world of real estate sales? This may be the role you've been waiting for. As we continue to expand, we are looking for the right candidate to join our High Performing team in Doncaster.

Offering a genuine starting salary package of $110,000 - well in excess of the industry standard with additional commissions based on performance.

You do not require real estate sales experience to be successful for the role. In fact, we're specifically not looking for experienced agents. We are searching for the right people. We have a successful track record of turning the right people into the right agents.

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A work ethic unmatched by your peer group or current work colleagues
  • A genuine want to help people achieve their goals
  • A genuine want to achieve YOUR OWN GOALS
  • A hunger for knowledge combined with an internal drive towards excellence

Successful real estate agents come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate sales, you do need experience in life, especially a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, and a competitive nature. Ideally, you need a good understanding of the rigours of purchasing real estate and preferably live locally.
