Are you a proactive and super-organised individual looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same?
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of their production process, ensuring everything from **embroidery and printing to uniforms and promotional products** are delivered on time and to the highest quality. You'll be the go-to person, connecting with suppliers, the production team, and clients to keep things running like clockwork. Beyond production, you'll also manage essential office tasks, making sure the day-to-day administration is seamless.

**What You'll Do in the part-time role ( Monday through Friday 10.30 - 5.00pm, flexible start 30 hours per week)**
- **Coordinate Production**: Schedule, track, and oversee all production jobs, liaising with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and preparing job sheets. You'll be key to hitting deadlines and maintaining their quality standards.
- **Support Clients & Team**: Be the friendly voice for client updates, coordinate artwork approvals, and work closely with the sales and production teams to support business growth.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience in a coordination or administration role (bonus points if you've worked in uniforms or print).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
