We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Receptionist to join our team. Get ahead with professional development in a supportive team environment **About the role** - We have an exciting opportunity as our telehealth Agent / reception coordinator for multiple locations. - This person would provide customer-orientated administrative support services to ensure the effective day to day operations with multifaced tasks. - The position is a full time with potential growth as teamlead **Your main duties will include**: - Provide receptionist services, including answering and directing incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors. - Coordinate administrative functions to support Clinic office such as purchasing and reconciliation, scheduling, invoicing and etc. **About you** - Experience in providing high level reception, clerical, co-ordination and administrative services. - Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. - Experience in upholding a high level of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and delivering high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. - Tertiary qualifications in a Business / Administration or related field is desirable. - COVID-19 and Flu vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt. - Experience in “Best Practice “and/or “Helix” medical practice software would be an added advantage. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates
