Appointment Setter

**Position**: - Appointment Setters - Inbound Calls - **No Outbound/No Cold Calling**

**Work Mode**: Hybrid Working Model - 3 Days from Office and 2 Days from Home - Choose your own days.

**Pay out**: $25 - $30 Per Hour + Super + Commissions on Target Achievements

**Location**: Leicester Avenue, Glen Waverley 3150

**About the Role**:

- You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support - **INBOUND ONLY NO COLD CALLING.**:

- Understand about the issue customer has called for and transfer to the right department - Online or Onsite
- After scheduling the appointment, co-ordinate with Online or Onsite IT Technicians for service delivery.
- Target Oriented Profile.
- Attractive Incentives if you achieve targets.

**Essential Requirements for this role**:

- **Prior Experience in calling/customer service/Sales/Front Desk Receptionist/Appointment setter in Australia is preferable.**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
- Strong Sales and Upselling Skills
- Target Oriented Person.
- Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
- When working from home, should have a working windows computer, high speed internet, headset with noise cancellation facility.

**Important things to know before you apply**:

- Training will be provided. Please note the training will be in office for 2-4 hours and shall be unpaid.
- Immediate Starters Preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
